The location is central. I found it easy to reach many attractions. The self-check-in process worked smoothly for me. The elevator was useful for reaching upper floors with luggage. I appreciated that.

The location was great. It was near Plaza Mayor. The room had quality AC. A minisplit unit maintained a comfortable temperature. The elevator was helpful. Good housekeeping kept the space tidy. The bathroom was clean. It included a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower.
Check-in was difficult. I find there were no staff available. I had to use an automated machine. This machine did not work initially. I had to call a number for assistance. No one could help me out at first.
